We have extensive planning experience and we help you set up the appropriate “culture task force” to take initiatives forward. Together we produce a Cultural Development Plan (CDP) as the working document identifying the priorities, objectives, actions, timeframes and responsibilities

The values and beliefs of a leader are instrumental in determining the culture of an organisation. Organisational transformation begins with the personal transformation of the leaders. Through the leadership assessment and coaching we can ensure personal alignment with the values, purpose, process and people of the organisation

Having delivered many change management projects we understand the nuances between organisations and internally between teams. Different people respond to change in different ways, depending on the type of minds needed to perform the key work of an organisation. The tools give a diagnostics and a roadmap for organisational and personal change. They allow a measure, and map the intangibles, the underlying casual factors that promote or inhibit the performance of an organisation of an individual

With the insights from the assessment indices and performance measures, our performance management approach is dependant on asking the right questions. We can then give tailored feedback and help staff to find people with the right skills to help them. This can be done on a one-to-one basis or at a team level
