Kevin Hills FCA is a Forensic Accountant and is motivated to help leaders identify and influence situations where fraudulent decisions might be made. In 2014 he formed and led EY's Corporate Integrity team to investigate ways of assessing culture. He has worked with clients, academics, research students, investors, regulators and professional bodies to assess objectively the sub-cultures that exist within organisations and understand how culture affects performance and risk.
