ABOUT ME

Jenny Jones FCA advises leaders in international and domestic organisations on strategy, profitability, implementing mergers and acquisitions, change management and culture. Her main interest is helping organisations achieve sustainable growth, understanding the link between culture and sustainable performance.

Kevin Hills FCA is a Forensic Accountant and is motivated to help leaders identify and influence situations where fraudulent decisions might be made. In 2014 he formed and led EY's Corporate Integrity team to investigate ways of assessing culture. He has worked with clients, academics, research students, investors, regulators and professional bodies to assess objectively the sub-cultures that exist within organisations and understand how culture affects performance and risk.
