
The cultural assessment tool provides three indices, which are analysed by team and key demographics:

These indices are also correlated against traditional performance metrics to obtain a performance alignment index for each team.
The statistics are powerful and the reports extensive. Because they are evidenced by actual performance metrics, they enable staff that might be sceptical about traditional employee surveys to engage, pinpointing route causes of desired and undesired behaviours, identifying unleashed potential & possible blind spots and whether the right people and processes are in place to ensure structural alignment
